Obstacle Running Workout
Surprise yourself with a new bodyweight workout every time
SHORT VERSION
The letters of the alphabet represent exercises. Enter your name (or the number of rounds you want to go), select your preferred workout level...and you're good to go. If that's all you wanted to know, skip the prose below and get to it. If you do appreciate a bit more background, keep reading. Hint: there are some useful tips ahead!

LONG VERSION: Balance vs Surprise
A well-balanced training schedule should be the cornerstone of every race preparation program. However, throwing in a surprise workout every now and then can be an awesome way to keep things interesting and prepare yourself for the unexpected at the same time.

And that's exactly what we offer: a fun and easy way to create a workout that you have (almost) no control over. The letters of the alphabet represent exercises, and your input decides your workout. You've got two options: first, you can enter a name, word or a phrase (with or without numbers) to create a workout. This will give you *some* level of control, because you can see which exercise goes with each character. The second option is to simply enter the number of rounds you want to go, and let the workout randomizer work its magic.

Option #1: maintain *some* level of control
Simply enter your name in the input field underneath the Workout Alphabet, select your preferred level and watch as your workout is spelled out for you - literally. It's a nice and useful way to create a new and surprising workout every time, because today you may use your own name, but tomorrow you may use someone else's: your partner, kid, pet, brother, sister, friend - take your pick.

It's all about variation
Once you've covered everyone you know, you can start doing dictionary words or short phrases. Or how about combining it with a game of Wordfeud? Every time your opponent plays a bingo, you get a 7 round workout - using the word your opponent played as input. Just be creative - go nuts!

Level up
There are four levels: EASY, MEDIUM, HARD and NINJA. EASY and MEDIUM work with the alphabet only, HARD and NINJA allow numbers as well. The numbers represent more advanced variations of some of the basic exercises. Wanna find out if your parents truly love you? Enter your birthday and see what kind of workout that gives ya!

Option #2: Go completely random
If you really really REALLY want to surprise yourself, you can use the workout randomizer. Simply enter the number of exercises you want to perform, select the level of craziness you're willing to accept - and BOOM!

Share your workout
Every workout has a unique URL, so you can share it with your friends. And you can print it too, allowing you to take it with you even if you don't have internet access where you're going.

Final note
The number of characters you can enter, needs to be limited (this is the internet, after all). We decided on a maximum of 200 rounds per workout. Sorry all you fitboys and -girls out there, 200 tops.

By the way: first one to actually complete a 200 round workout (level NINJA!) and prove it, earns bragging rights for life.
