Push Up Walks.php

Push Up Walks are sort of a mix between push ups and planking. There are two basic variations:

From push up position
Start in push up / plank position and then drop down on one elbow. Now drop down on your other elbow as well, and then get back up on your hands one by one. This completes one push up walk. To really work both sides of your body equally, you should do half of your push up walks starting with your right arm, and the other half with your left.

From standing position
Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart. Now place your hands on the floor right in front of your feet (it's OK if you have to bend your legs for this) and start walking your hands forward until you reach a push up / plank position. Now walk your hands back towards your feet and get back up. This - again - completes one push up walk.
