Exercise explained: Shoulder Tap Push Ups.php

Shoulder Tap Push Ups.php

A shoulder tap push up is a push up where - when you're at your highest point - your left hand touches your right shoulder or vice versa. Simply alternate sides in between push ups to make the basic push up just a bit more challenging.

Of course - if this is too easy for you - you can always crank things up a notch by cross-touching your shoulders with your hands simultaneously. Or perhaps mix and match: touch your left shoulder with your right hand on the first push up, touch your right shoulder with your left hand on the second one and go for the double tap on the third one. Repeat. Enjoy. Sweat. Get stronger!
