Reverse Plank.php

Reverse planking is...planking in reverse! And by "reverse" we mean that instead of facing the ground, you turn your back to it - literally.

Simply lean on your hands and feet - keeping your back straight. You can lean on your heels or place your feet flat on the ground, your choice. Just keep your back straight.

If you want to spice things up a little, you can lean on one foot instead of two, or on one hand instead of two. And then you can either keep your leg parallel to the ground, or point your toes towards the heavens - be as creative as you like!
