Hand Foot Taps.php
Hand foot taps will work your arms, legs and core muscles, plus it will improve your hand / foot coordination. It's a win-win exercise!
Start in a wide push up position. Bring your left hand to your right foot and return to starting position. Now bring your right hand to your left foot and again, return to starting position. That's one round. Now do some more!
Two variations
Now there's one thing we didn't mention above, and that's what to do with your feet. Should you bring them towards your hands, meeting half way - balancing your body on just one hand and one foot? Or should you keep them in place, forcing your hands to travel all the way underneath your body? Well, the choice is yours. We recommend doing both!
