Exercise explained: Clapping Jack Push Ups.php

Clapping Jack Push Ups.php

The Clapping Jack Push Up is a rather advanced push up variation. It starts with your hands and feed spread widely. Now lower your body until it almost hits the ground and then push yourself off explosively. While in mid air, clap your hands and feet and then spread them before you land. Done!

If this is too easy for you, you can always clap your hands twice or clap them behind your back. Or go Ninja Plus style and do an Aztec push up: start in regular push up position, drop down and push yourself off explosively. While in mid air, lift your hips up high, bring your fingers and toes together (keeping your arms and legs as straight as you can) and then land in push up position. It's tough one, but boy does it feel good when you nail it!
