Star Jumps.php
A star jump may sound or even look like an exercise for kids, but you only have to do a couple of them before you'll realize that it means business!
Start in standing position with your feet together, arms by your side. Now bend your knees until your hands touch the ground. Please note: do not bend from the hips like you are going to stretch your hamstring muscles. Simply bend your knees and allow your hands to travel down naturally.
Once your hands touch the floor, jump back up explosively. While in the air, spread both your arms and legs - forming a star. Land with your feet together and drop down for the next one. And that's a starp jump for ya!
